Description of Service

The Bot is an image-driven shopping assistant. When a user sends an image in a configured channel, the Bot searches for matching products, lists them on an e-commerce platform, and replies with a purchase link. It is provided "as is" for operational convenience.

Eligibility & Acceptance

By using the Bot, you represent that you are at least 13 (or the minimum age required to use Discord in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to invite the Bot to the server. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
• Submit images that infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Overload, disable, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Bot or its infrastructure;
• Bypass the Bot's rate limits or concurrency controls;
• Use the Bot to list counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted goods.

To protect downstream services, the Bot enforces per-user concurrency limits and may queue or reject requests when limits are reached.

User Content

You retain ownership of any images you submit. By sending an image, you grant the Bot a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of searching for matching products and listing them. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to do so.

Third-Party Services

The Bot relies on Discord (the platform), an image search provider, and an e-commerce platform. Your use of these services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or content.

Intellectual Property

These Terms transfer no ownership in the Bot or its software. Product images and data returned by the search service belong to their respective rights holders.

Disclaimers

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that search results or listings will be accurate. Availability, pricing, and listing success depend on third-party services beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Bot.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Bot from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Bot or violation of these Terms.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the Bot and remove it from any server at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
