Billing Rules

• Cycle — monthly follows calendar months; quarterly is 90 days; yearly is 365 days.
• Quota — resets monthly; unused quota does not carry over.
• Renewal — auto-renews each cycle; manual renewal also supported.
• Refunds — monthly plans fully refundable within 7 days; quarterly and yearly refunded proportionally for remaining days.

What if I exceed my monthly quota?

We notify you as you approach the limit. Upgrade to a higher plan or wait for the next cycle.

Can I switch plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime; changes take effect at the start of the next cycle.

Custom plans?

If neither plan fits, email us and we can discuss a custom arrangement.
