Data Deletion

This page explains what the Bot retains, for how long, and how to request deletion of your personal data.

1. Automatically Deleted

• Images — held in memory only while a request is processed, then discarded. Never written to disk.
• Deduplication cache — entries expire after 24 hours; the cache is wiped on every process restart.

2. Retained in Logs

Operational logs may contain your Discord user ID, channel ID, message ID, a trace identifier, and timestamps. Logs are retained up to 30 days for monitoring and troubleshooting, then rotated and deleted.

3. How to Request Deletion

Email vvenvw@gmail.com from the address linked to your Discord account, and include your Discord user ID (found in Discord Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode, then right-click your profile) so we can locate your data.

4. After a Request

• We confirm receipt within 72 hours.
• Valid requests are processed within 30 days, per applicable law.
• Where data was shared with third parties, we forward the request where feasible. Listings already created on the e-commerce platform are governed by that platform's policies and may require separate removal.

5. Stop Collection Yourself

Removing the Bot from your server immediately stops all further data collection. Cached data expires automatically within 24 hours.
